GREEN Apartment

The apartment was exceptionally clean, comfortable, and felt very safe. Communication with the hosts was excellent, and I loved the little extras like free parking, coffee, and tea.

Everything was wonderful, though I did find that the apartment could benefit from better air circulation.

It was hard because of the smell of mold.

Almost everything was great:)

The humidity level was so high that the clothes did not dry even within 2 days and I felt that humidity on the sheets.

The accommodation itself would be great, very good central location and yet quiet, very nicely furnished apartment, comfortable bed.....BUT when we opened the door to the apartment, a really musty smell hit us. At first we thought the smell was coming from the drain, but that wasn't the case. For the entire 2-day stay, it smelled like a damp cellar, I don't know if it was the smell of mold! When we were in the room, we always aired it out, but that is difficult with these windows, especially when they are still half covered with foil due to renovation work, and we also had an army of mosquitos in the room. Even after we left, my clothes smelled musty afterwards at home after this stench.

Nice small apartment. Clean, quiet, close to city center.There is everything what you need for a short holiday.

- Close to the tram into the city. One stop to the old town. - Good and clean kitchen utensils. - Apartment inside was quite clean.

- The facade was undergoing renovation and all of the windows were taped shut to prevent dust coming in. There was minimal light and airflow in the apartment. - There was a bad smell that couldn’t be aired out. - The entrance way felt quite dodgy and unsafe coming in. - The upstairs neighbours were incredibly loud and banging could be heard all through the night which kept us awake. - The heater was on child lock with no instructions, so we had to work out how to unlock it to use it as the apartment was cold. - The hot water ran out very fast (barely enough for two people to shower) and took hours to regenerate. Owner wasn’t very responsive when I messaged about this issue at first. - Not near any cafes, restaurants or grocery stores - just one small shop on the corner. Otherwise, we had to tram into the city for these.

Small but very cozy and sweet apartment, everything needed provided.

I wouldn't recommend this place for tall people, the ceiling between the room and the kitchen is very low and even dangerous if you are taller than about 180 m. I am 177 and wanted always to duck down when passed it.
