Charming spacious 3 bedroom in Old Town

Location is perfect.

All the towels and bedding smelt very damp. Wet washing was being dried on an airer in one of the bedrooms. It was still damp when we left the apartment after four days!!! It was advertised as a three bedroom apartment, however there was only two bedrooms, with a double bed and bunk beds in one, and a double bed in another. Dishes were dirty,. Shower was freezing cold. Apartment was in dire need of updating and a good clean.

The location is perfect. The apartment is very spacious.

Was very cold in the apartment, especially floor. The bedding is old, especially pillows.

The property was very spacious and in a good location in Old Town Riga.

It was very cold in the apartment and the 2 extra eletric heaters did not provide much help, there was also laundry hanging in one of the rooms.

The apartments is right in the Old Town of Riga, so location is great. It's very spacious, so great for a larger group. Owners allowed for us to leave our baggage before check in times ,so it was very helpful.

For the price we paid ,we were expecting the place to be better. For instance, furniture is very old and some of it was on the edge of breaking, like dining chairs. The bathroom needs to be updated, we were scared to take shower as its moves and some bits are broken. Definitely in need of new pillows . We were sent the message before we even arrived ,and there is signs everywhere about quite hour's, we were very quiet, but can't tell same about the neighbours, banging doors and shouting most of the night, so rules should apply to all ,I would think,and no need of constant reminder, we can see the rules on the page, same about check out time's. Because of those constant reminders we felt very unwelcome. Also the place needs professionaly cleaned , especially floors, full of hairs from previous guests. Anyway, as its in such a great place, it could be an amazing if its updated. Photo's must be from long time ago,especially dining room doesn't look like the photo's.
