Clean bed linen, kitchen is equipped with coffee maker, dishwasher...

The apartment is full of moisture and mold. The whole time we had problems with the toilet bowl, there was no water, and the owner of the apartment did not call an expert to fix it, but instead sent us a video of how it works. The water came alternately. The door to the room cannot be closed WARNING: read that the late night checking fee is 40 eur.

Air conditioned missing

Everything was perfect, from the welcoming by Rafael, to the welcome pack supplied with all the information around the area, I lived my childhood in Almada very close to the location of the apartment but have left around 40 years ago, so it was nice to have an update about the area. The apartment was very spacious, confortable, clean and excellently equipped. Nice gesture of coffee machine and pods to get us started, complimentary bottle of wine (although we are non drinkers was a nice touch) and bottle water. Easily accessible by car with plenty of road parking as well as a paid car park nearby. Tram station 3 minutes leisure walk, and right by a host of shops, cafes and restaurants. Excellent all in all and highly recommended.
