Квартира превзошла наши ожидания,видно что делалась с любовью для себя. Очень уютно комфортно, жили семьей из 5 человек, было максимально удобно. Прекрасный закрытый двор, где могут играть дети, в паре минут от ТЦ Форум, хороший вид на весь город с 8 этажа. Хозяину большой респект за такие апартаменты

"Все понравилось, для проживания все есть."

Расположение. Рядом супермаркет, аптека, банк втб, ночной магазин, закрытый двор с детской площадкой.

Не хватило пастельного белья, в ванной немного плесень, пыль под кроватью. Телевизор староват, немного подтупливает, на пульте заедают кнопки.
