Квартира находится на Арбате, тёплая, уютная, постель и белье чистое, все необходимое для проживания есть. Два балкона, на кухне и в комнате. Отдыхали неделю, парой, нам всё понравилось. Девочки менеджеры всегда на связи, вежливы, тактичны.

Finding the apartment was a nightmare. We had booked an apartment (apparently owned/managed by the same people) which was in an adjacent block. So the instructions and address from Booking.com did not match the instructions we received from the owners. Very confusing and stressful. It put us off booking apartments in future - from now on we plan only to use hotels with a reception desk.
