We struggled a bit to get to the apartment as we didn't get a code for the lock in advance but the issue was solved in an acceptable period of time. The wifi had no internet connection but since we stayed just for one night it didn't bother us.

The location of the apartment is great – especially if you enjoy paddleboarding, since it has a terrace directly above the water and a private access point to it. The apartment has 5 beds (1 double bed and three single beds placed together), but the living area itself is very small. There is no kitchen, but a microwave and an electric cooker are provided, so you can prepare some simple meals. Basic kitchen utensils are also available (plates, cutlery, cups). While there isn’t a dining table inside, the terrace has a large table with benches where you can eat. Washing dishes can be a bit tricky, since there is no kitchen sink and the bathroom sink is very small. The bathroom is basic but has everything you need: a shower cabin, toilet, and sink, with hot water. The apartment also has air conditioning, which is a big plus on hot days, although the cool air doesn’t reach the upstairs sleeping area very well. One thing to keep in mind is that the apartments in the building don’t have sound insulation, so it can be a bit disturbing if other guests are staying in the neighboring unit at the same time. Some small improvements would make the stay even better: removing cobwebs inside and on the terrace, vacuuming more thoroughly, replacing the old terrace benches (they are wobbly and the paint is peeling), and mentioning clearly in the listing that the apartment doesn’t have a full kitchen. Overall, the apartment is in a wonderful location right by/on the water, with a lovely terrace to enjoy. It is best suited for guests who are not too demanding and value the unique location more than comfort.

Es ist eine Holzhütte mit Balkon und Badezimmer direkt im See. Man muss sich darüber im klaren sein, dass man die Nachbarn husten hört. 😁 Alles was man braucht ist da. Einzelkochplatte, Wasserkocher, Mikrowelle. Der Vermieter war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

These apartment are so great especially for family with kids. Our two teenegers loved it. We had a great time and the owner was really great. Thank you so much.
