The location is amazing, on a fairly quiet small street but only a very short and (for Siena) fairly level walk to the Piazzo del Campo. It is spotlessly clean, the bathroom is great, and the host is friendly and responsive. We used both the main and second bedroom which has a sofa bed but this was comfortable and the room is quite large. We recommend Bar Non Solo round the corner for morning coffee.

There is just a small shared space which is kitchen and seating area. Even with just two of us it was a bit cramped. Unless it is warm enough to leave the windows open there is no view to the outside except from the second bedroom. Given that you have all of Siena just outside the door this wasn't really a problem. There is a hob and a toaster but no oven or microwave, but again, you have the whole of Siena to go and eat in.

Le lave linge combiné sèche linge très pratique quand on est en vadrouille avec des enfants en bas âge.

Manquerait un mini four ou micro-ondes pour réchauffer.

Zona top poiché in pieno centro ma sconsiglio di arrivare con tante valige e/o pesanti

La difficoltà di trovare la casa poiché non c’erano info oltre all’indirizzo e Google map dava una via parallela. E considerando che il parcheggio consigliato é molto lontano (per via delle ztl) è pieno di salite e discese ripidissime, é stato abbastanza un inferno arrivare con due bambù e e un cane😅 Consigliamo il taxi da/per parcheggio se si va carichi😅

We were delighted to find that the apartment was really close to the centre of Siena but in a quiet back street. It's a ground floor property, no worries about negotiating dark staircases with heavy luggage. The weather was really warm, so the fans in the ceiling lights were a very welcome addition. The bed was big and comfortable and the comfy chairs in the kitchen were great. We also loved the walk-in shower. Basically, it was a wonderful place to stay.

The toilet flush was a little temperamental but we can't think of any other negative points.

Everything worked perfectly, really enjoyed it, highly recommended!
