Lady Camollia Apartment

Beautifully presented apartment with comfortable beds, excellent bathrooms and a fully equipped kitchen. Location was great for visiting the historic city centre. Hosts were very happy to help if required.

Ultra clean and very friendly host.

Was met at the door by the owner when we arrived. Property was clean, well maintained and well decorated.

Location was ideal, close to local restaurants but away from the main touristy areas. The apartment was spotlessly clean and everything felt fresh and new. Nice little touches with complimentary wine, water and sweets.

Honestly could not think of anything we didn't like.

Beautiful, clean property, like new, and very convenient location. We arrived in a large vehicle, but Enrico provided good instructions to offload passengers and luggage before parking the van in a nearby, secure parking garage. It was a short walk from Porta Camollia to the apartment and we were able to easily avoid the ZTL area.

All 5 of us thought the pillows were a bit hard and we didn’t discover any extras that were softer. A very minor complaint. Both the exterior and interior doors were somewhat difficult to close and lock, but we managed fine. It would have been great to have some simple instructions on where to operate some of the amenities, like the washer and dryer. The cycles were very long, but that was probably operator error. Again, all minor criticisms.

Very well appointed and clean. We made dinner a few nights. Parking was a short walk and convenient. Enrico was very helpful along the way.

The bedrooms and bathrooms were wonderful. Great water pressure! The kitchen is delightful. We didn’t cook much but it is still super efficient and spotless. We were a family of 5 adults and we had loads of space. Everything here you could possibly need. Our host Enrico made dinner reservations for us on our night even though we kept him waiting an hour. He checked in with us during our stay to be sure we were enjoying our trip! The apartment is beautifully decorated ! Thank you! Wish we had longer to stay!

What a wonderful place to stay!! Great location, comfortable beds, and a fabulous host!! We will definitely be back to stay again! Enrico was so responsive before our trip answering questions about the area and organizing a dinner for us. He was even more attentive during our stay. He checked up through email to see if we needed anything. This place is a must if staying in Siena.

Everything! The owner, Enricho, met us to let us in and familiarize us with the apartment. It was clean, spotless, and very spacious. Beds were very comfortable with USB ports on both sides for convenience. Breakfast, snacks, wine, coffee, tea, and candies were provided. Bathrooms had everything we needed, even first aid supplies were available. In case of rain, there were also umbrellas for our use. The washer and dryer were also a tremendous plus for us. We felt these accommodations were extremely well thought out and planned. The location was convenient to a main street as well.

A slight inconvenience was carrying luggage up the stairs, However Enricho also assisted.
