The apartment is big and has 2 washrooms, nice balcony, comfy beds and quiet location

For company of 4 it was not enough vine glasses. Than would be great to have or kitchen towels or paper towels. Kitchen stuff needs some upgrade

Spacious and nice apartment. Owners made sure we find the keys upon our late arrival in key box mounted to the wall by the entrance. I can only recommend. Siena is a magical place.

Clear instructions on how to collect keys, Big nice space, Clean bathrooms, Parking available outside, Large fridge (although made a very annoying sound every 10 minutes),

Dirty interior. Bed sheets were dirty. Found hair on all beds as well as dust on the bed sheets. Also found a stain (looked like blood) on one of the duvets. One duvet sheet also had a large hole in it (around 30cm wide). Called, and messaged, the host, as we asked if we could get some spare sheets. To which she had said that there is none and that we could sleep on the bed without sheets on the mattress and duvet. She explained how the dirt may have appeared whilst “the cleaners left the windows open whilst cleaning”. In the end, did not have a good experience and was off-putting sleeping here for the night because of this.

Terrible smell Poor Location Finding the location was extremely difficult Poor communication for key collection Host very rude when problem was presented I was called a liar when I told her we left due to the smell, she said she would report us to the authorities for not leaving our details for tourist tax. Told we asked for WiFi 3 times and this is why we left. We asked once, were told there was no WiFi and understood this perfectly. Left location after 1.5 hours and booked elsewhere. Save yourself the hassle and do not book!

Size of the apartment

It was 37 degrees and the apartment did not have air-condition. We didn't sleep at all on the first night. The towels and sheets had stains and there was no wifi connection 😒. The apartment is described as is, you just need to read carefully all the description and other reviews to make up your own mind, which we wish we had. We just didn't expect to find such a low standard property from a Booking.com.. We ended up checking out the following day as it was unbearable to stay another night
