Casa Serena

This is a quiet comfortable apartment. The management service is excellent. It is sufficiently away from the main street that you don't get any noise.

There are about 80 stairs up to the apartment, so you need to be prepared for this.

Brigida was the person the help us during ours stay. everything did remotely and she was very clear for instructions. She is super kind as well.

The apartment was beautifully presented. Everything was clean and well maintained. Communication throughout the stay was exemplary.

The steps up are difficult if you have luggage. We took advice from Casa Serena and organised for a porter to get our suitcases up to the apartment. After that each time we climbed the steps meant an extra gelato!

Perfect, clean central location with great communication and help

Clean, location, hostess was very, very helpful. Very nice place. Plenty of room. Everything worked well. Has a washer.

That’s a location but understand if you have a car you have to drive it up a narrow street that’s full of people. For an American it first that’s very daunting, but after a couple times you get the hang of it, just go slow and occasionally beep your horn if someone doesn’t notice you. And it being actually a very unique experience.

It was bigger than we thought it would be and overall very happy with it.

The emergency lights came on late at night and we couldn’t work out why they did or how to turn them off. It was a bit weird. The other thing was that the stove went into lock mode and we weren’t sure how to turn it on but it came back after some time.

The location is good

There are a lot of steps up to the apartment. Taking large heavy suitcases up these stairs is very difficult and this should made clear to anyone considering renting this apartment

Great apartment in the heart of Amalfi Town. It is located just off the off the main street in Amalfi but surprisingly quite. The rooms were very spacious and fitted out to a high specification. Highly recommended.

Apartment is fully furnished, was clean, there is everything you need. Location of apartment is very good. I liked that there was a coffe machine.

Manager of apartment was was not polite. Hair dryer was bad.
