"This is an excellent location from which to make short excursions and take walks."

We met the owner upon arrival. In case the owner was away we had arranged a location to pick up the keys. Our rental was on the second floor. The location was quiet and located in a pleasant surrounding. It was clean and well-maintained. The WIFI worked and met our needs.

The couch had been used a lot. It was a bit lumpy and should be considered for replacement. The toilet was under low pressure but worked if one allowed it time to refill. All the other appliances were in good working order.

"Amazing and peaceful location, the inside could use an update"

The location is superb. The house is located in a beautiful forest, very quaint with cows in the field and flowers in the garden. Good communication with host. The apartment is spacious, beds were clean.

The interior is pretty basic and oldfashioned. Worse, there are mots everywhere; in the sofa and the curtains. Its was clean, but everything could use a bit of updating. This makes the price also on the high side.

Our host was excellent.

As it was a beautiful old building, it was not as easy to have modern comforts like ensuites and having to go through the living room to get to the bathroom was inconvenient but not an issue. Bathroom could do with a little tlc.

The host met us on arrival, very polite and gave us our keys but also made me aware via email these could have been left in a certain place for us to collect

Could do with a more recognisable sign at entry from main road and/or eir code.

It was with a friend and two kids and it was perfect for us as we had an event in Drogheda. Spacious, warm, quiet and beds very comfortable.

A bit far out. Would definitely need your own car
