istruzioni molto chiare, ritiro chiavi facilissimo. Appartamento super silenzioso dotato di tutto il necessario (bollitore, microonde, piastre, lavatrice, phon, sapone...). é offerto anche del caffè, zucchero e sale. Perfetto per eventi all'hotel Marinela. A 3 minuti a piedi c'è un supermarket 24h ottimo per chi arriva tardi. Letti comodissimi, abbiamo dormito molto bene.

Ho dovuto cucinare molto e le piastre non sono molto potenti, ci vuole molto tempo per scaldare le padelle

Всичко беше на ниво. Благодарим за всички удобства, които бяха предоставени, както и за кафето! :) Беше чисто, подредено и кърпите ухаеха прекрасно! В близост до метрото, което си е голямо удобство.

The location was ok for me

I was very disappointed with this property. It was not clean and did not match the appearance in the photos. The photos made it look much nicer and well-maintained, but in reality, the cleanliness was lacking, and it felt poorly cared for. This was not what I expected, and I would not recommend staying here unless significant improvements are made.

Everything was nice and clean, the microwave did not work well and the lights in the bedroom.

The location is great and near the metro station in Lozenets. Supermarkets and food joints are around the corner. The rooms were quiet.

No mosquito nets on the windows made it hard to sleep. There was no air conditioner and only one heater. Constant messaging on Booking regarding the property stay.

Good location, nice and quiet area in Sofia, host Alex was great in communicating with us, rooms, kitchens, bathroom and two balconies look same as in the pictures, good view, close to Paradise Center mall, South Park and other locations.

Address is wrong, it's not 22 Lyubata St which doesn't exist, it's 14 Lyubata St, it took us a long time to figure this out.

Good location and size of the property.

There was no air conditioner. I guess it is our fault for not checking in the description, but we just expected that there will be air con. So we were very disappointed when we arrived and realised there wasn't and it was boiling hot.
