The location is the biggest upside, close to everything and seems safe. Longer stayers would appreciate the laundry machine. Microwave, cooktop, kettle, even complementary herbal tea & olive oil - such a helpful touch! Great warm water in the shower (no need to fiddle with any boiler)

Floor creeks. Not great acoustic insulation (sometimes hearing the neighbors). Tiny bathroom (while showering, splashes ruined one roll of toilet paper & towels can't stay inside because they will instantly get wet, bathroom's floor stays wet to the next day for obvious reasons despite running the vent and leaving bathroom door open). The lobby really reminds the movie Eurotrip (the scene from Bratislava). Wait until you see the neighbor's door downstairs, the stairwell's lighting fixtures, and the elevator (which was safe, I'm alive) - has a lot of character, maybe this should be listed a pro? 🤪

Very good position near the center. Easy to get keys. Easy to communicate with the owner.

The bath is directly near the bathroom entrance. Water spilled on the floor. It's quite hard to use this type of appliance.

apartment was exactly as shown in pictures, small, but good enough, big problem with check in, lack of communication so we were stood outside in the freezing cold for an hour trying to contact someone to get the check in code.
