Casa a pochi metri da Vitosha boulevard, zona tranquilla, casa molto ambia, adatta a 5 persone Due bagni

Cattivo odore all’interno dell’appartamento, probabilmente proveniva dalle scale perché c’era sempre puzza di fumo. Mancava un set di asciugamani

"Υποχρεωτική - Μέτρια"

Είναι μεγάλο διαμέρισμα και ανακαινισμένο σε κεντρικό σημείο της πόλης.

Το διαμέρισμα ήταν βρωμικο . Επειδή φτάσαμε βράδυ 1:00 δεν μπορούσαμε να το αλλάξουμε και είπαμε ας κάτσουμε και τον επόμενο βράδυ για να μην ταλαιπωρηθούμε. Η είσοδος του κτηρίου είναι βρώμικη. Πίσω από τα κρεβάτια στο διαμέρισμα δεν έχουν καθαρίσει ποτέ , στο δωμάτιο κοιτάγαμε τα πατζουρια και ήταν βρώμικα από μέσα , οι καναπέδες θέλουν καθάρισμα και χρειάζεται βάψιμο έχουν μαυρίσει οι τοίχοι , στο ένα μπάνιο το καζανάκι της τουαλέτας ήταν χαλασμένο και τρέχει το νερό , έπρεπε να σφουγγαρίσουμε μόνοι μας . Τα φωτιστικά του δωματίου είχαν μαύρη σκόνη (δεν είχαν καθαριστεί ποτέ ) Εάν καθαριστεί σωστά θα είναι αρκετά καλό . Είναι κρίμα ένα τέτοιο διαμέρισμα να το έχουν έτσι

Appartamento grande e luminoso con due bagni che fanno molto comodo quando si è in quattro persone

L’ingresso condominiale e il vano scale non si presentano bene, sono vecchi e richiedono manutenzione. L’appartamento ricade in zona Verde, con parcheggio a pagamento e limitato a 30’ (non ci sono parcometri e bisogna organizzarsi con ticket o app in anticipo). Non è consigliato per chi ha la macchina.

Appartamento accogliente e praticamente a 5 minuti a piedi dal centro città

Si potrebbe migliorare la pulizia degli ambienti. In alcune stanze pulizia molto trascurata. Si potrebbero sistemare le tapparelle. Poche cose per essere al top

Vicinissima al centro. Letti comodissimi.

Se proprio devo cercare un 0unt9 debole i cuscini non sono degni della qualità del materasso e il frigo raffredda poco.
