"Was für Leute ohne Ansprüche und wenig Geld."

Die Lage ist gut. Man kann schnell zum Strand und zur Promenade.

Muffelnder Flur und desolate Immobilie. Eine echte "Billighütte". Man kann dort übernachten, aber spaß macht es nicht.
