"Disappointing for what we paid."

The apartment was very clean and the kitchen was well equipped apart from an oven tray.

It was expensive considering: It was next to the railway line and trains ran throughout the night so we had bad nights sleep. The host wasn't friendly. The sofa/futon was very uncomfortable. The beds squeaked. The shower leaked badly so had to use a towel to soak up the water.

"we enjoyed staying in Spitz due to the location of the area wineries. the apartment was centrally located."

location was good. large space and original paintings were nice.

the couch, which was a futon, was not comfortable to sit on. no TV or radio. Stairs were a bit of a challenge to carry up luggage
