The apartment is ideally located in Split only a half hour drive from the airport and a 10-15min walk to the Old Town. The host is helpful and communicative, she welcomed us in person to the apartment and stayed in touch during the stay. The apartment was sparkling clean, beautifully decorated, fully functional and had a stunning view. The kitchen was modern and useful for cooking and eating at the apartment. There were two bathrooms with movable showers. There was AC and fans provided, and blinds for the windows. The rooms were very comfortable to sleep in along with the living room and flat screen TVs to relax. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here and our time in the apartment, I would highly recommend for a holiday in Split you won’t want to leave!

Everything about the apartment! it has almost everything you need! and Sandra the woman who welcomed us was very nice and helpful.. the apartment has very nice view too.

The building and the elevator

The property was exactly as described. It was very clean, and the host Sandra was very attentive and helpful.

It has been mentioned before but the tower block this apartment is contained within feels dirty and old. However, when you go into the apartment it’s like you walk into a modern, fresh and clean new build.

It was a modern, beautifully furnished apartment and fully equipped. It felt like a home. We enjoyed staying in the apartment because it was so cozy

Its building, lobby gave a bad first impression. I was hesitant when I first arrived. And then was pleasantly surprised with the beautiful apartment.

The apartment was very clean, It is new and spacious. It is near a big bus station and at around 15 min to the city center. The host, Sandra, was very nice and helpful.

Everything is splendid, the old city is less than a 10 min walk away, supermarket close by and a safe neighborhood. You get what you see on the picture, one of which is the stunning view! Comfortable apartment!

Only downside is a few ants in the kitchen, which the hostess has tried to take care of.
