Die Lage ist Spitze.

Das Mobiliar ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen und einzelne Teile (Sofa) solten erneuert werden.

Good location

Dirty cups and bowls found in cupboards. Lounge was very uncomfortable and spilts in half, not nice for two people. Bed was very uncomfortable. Pillow needs replacing. Apartment feels cluttered with strange ‘art’ hung below face level. Had to arrange a check out meeting, never have needed to do this before, strange and not very flexible for travellers.

Die Wohnung ist sehr schön gelegen, der Balkon war super und man hatte einen schönen Blick auf den see und eigentlich auch auf die Berge bei uns war es einfach nur total neblig deswegen hat man die Berge erst nicht gesehen. Dusche war top der Druck und die Wärme des Wassers. Heizung hat auch super funktioniert. In der Küche hatte man alles was man brauchte. Vllt noch ein adapter hinlegen damit man als Europäer auch mit anderen Geräten von zu Hause die Steckdosen nutzen kann. Und nochmal ein Danke an Karin die auch während der Feiertagen geschrieben und geantwortet hat

Das Sofa ist nicht mein Fall man kann sich nicht entspannt zu 2 drauf setzen. Hatte schon schlimmere Betten nach 1-2 nächten hat man sich dran gewöhnt.

Scaffolding spoilt the wonderful view slightly.

Beautiful location with view over marina to the mountains. Clean, quiet and walking distance to train station. Fabulous walks at your doorstep. A lovely touch of a bottle of local wine on arrival and staff were exceptionally helpful.

The bed could be more comfortable with better selection of pillows.

1. How to get the key fob was not that clear. 2. Instructions, left for the guests, were too long and not well written. 3. No toiletries except hand washing liquid. 4. A microwave would have helped when guests are renting a place like this to cook their meals. 5. TV offered only German language channel.
