The apartment is comfortable and well-equipped.

The only (minor) disadvantage is that the apartment does not have shops close by, so one has to bring groceries with them (a car is very handy in this case). As long as visitors plan themselves accordingly in advance, this is totally manageable. The bus stops directly out the front of the apartment if you do not have a car.
