The room was quiet, and very close to the city within the old palace walls with a range of services and dining options very close by. It was lovely and clean. The instructions for parking options, accessing the property and self-check in were very easy to follow.

The windows only had sheer curtains and not all of the windows had external shutters. The bathroom fit out is very basic. The overall fit out is very simple, which is fine but not quite what we expected for the price and from the photos. The entrance via the communal areas is underwhelming and the property is on the top floor up a number of flights of stairs, which again is not terrible but is hard work when arriving after a long drive and in the heat.

Quaint, clean, great AC, excellent location. Good amount of space on top flow unit.

Lots of stairs but fine for young couple. Hot water in shower is super sensitive so must be careful not to burn yourself.

Despite being very close to Old City, it was nice to be quiet. The kind owner was nice to arrange split guide books and maps.

It was hard to carry a trolley up because it was the fifth floor without Lift.

Property v central but also lovely and quiet just a short 5 minute walk to the centre Has everything you need for your stay

Everything was perfect at the property Even having no key was great ..just a keypad on the doir so no worries about losing keys

Smiling and easy going hosts, always trying to be of help. Well-equipped studio, nice atmosphere.

Lovely apartment in the centre of the city. Very clean and comfortable- Convenient for exploring Split and all it has to offer.
