Apartment & Studio Riva Lucija by Litto

Location is great.

The room is not as advertised. It is one apartment and a separate studio across the corridor which is tiny. It is advertised as a two bedroom apartment. It should not be advertised like this. Bath towels provided are tiny and the shower hoses aren’t adjustable. The facilities are below average.

Location is ideal.

Bath towels were so small. They were like hand towels.

Location was absolutely stunning! Appartments were in its essence fine, especially for the price. The city of Split is just a wonderful place to go for a (mid)week.

Services weren't too good, very slow cooking plate. Coffeemachine wasn't working and the oven was old and slow.. Enterance was hard to find at first, but eventually you'll figure it out.

The location was great once we'd found the shortcut into the town rather than through the underground market. The apartments were clean and tidy, and supplied plenty of towels. Litto were great at organising transfers and being on hand should we need anything.

We didn't realise the 2 bedroom apartment was actually 2x 1 bedroom apartments on a communal corridor. We took our young daughter so she was unable to have her own room, and my husband had to sleep in a separate apartment to us. There was very little in supplies such as toilet roll, washing up liquid etc. At other self catering accommodation we have stayed in, we were supplied with a few essentials. It can be quite noisy outside the bedrooms at night as people walk through the alley ways so windows need to be shut. The shower in the larger apartment did leak if water was sprayed on the screen which was quite hard not to do as it was a hand held shower head.

1) The location of the studio which overlooked the waterfront. 2) We booked a studio apartment and an additional bedroom. The studio was comfortable enough (but not the additional bedroom). 3) My daughter had inadvertently left her laptop in the studio apartment when we checked out and realised this as we were driving to the airport. We quickly called the contact number provided when we booked the apartment, and the cleaners who were already in the studio held the laptop for us until we collected it. THANK YOU!

1) We booked a studio and a second/additional bedroom but the second bedroom was extremely small and the bathroom in this second bedroom was practically a niche in the wall and didn't have a proper door but a curtain instead. All in all, this bedroom was not appropriate for 2 adults and I strongly feel that this information should be made very clear in their advertisements or marketing literature. 2) Both the studio and the additional bedroom were not provided with proper bath towels. The biggest towels that were supplied both in the studio's bathroom and in the hole-in-the-wall bathroom in the additional bedroom measured 96cmx47cm (37.8inx18.5in) and the other set of towels provided measured 56cmx37cm (22inx14.5in)! (By the way, I always carry a measuring tape with me when I travel.) When we emailed the host/admin asking for proper bath towels we were told that they do not provide bigger towels than those ones mentioned earlier! SERIOUSLY?? 3) We also emailed the host/admin asking for more than toilet rolls because there was only ONE toilet roll in each of the bathrooms and again we were told that they do not provide more than one roll in each bathroom. For 3 adults + 2 adults for the duration of 5 days and 5 nights?? I KID YOU NOT!! So we had to go out and buy our own toilet rolls, as well as facial tissues because facial tissues were not provided either. Fortunately, we had brought our own shampoo and body wash because even these basic toiletries were not provided! Strangely enough, though, on the 4th day we found a bag with 5 toilet rolls outside the door of the studio when we got back in the evening....
