Karmen's Apartment One

Frank was an excellent host. Check in was month.He was great at keeping in touch before we arrived and answered any questions we had swiftly. The apartment is very clean well equipped. Beds very comfortable. Having a little seating area outside is a real bonus as very few apartments offer this. Location is ideal for beautiful Restaurants and atmosphere. Being so close ro the Riva was great. I would highly recommend. We were here fir nine nights and loved it. Thank you Frank for your amazing Hospitality

Ideally situated in pedestrian area of Varos in a very quiet corner but only minutes away from lots of restaurants and the main front of Riva. Frane, the manager, was wonderfully helpful, arranging an airport transfer, meeting us at 10.25 pm after a delayed flight and helping us with our luggage to find the apartment. He was most helpful and obliging in all of our contact with him. He arranged the sofa into a second queen bed which made the place very comfortable for the two of us given my wife's mobility issues. Everywhere in the pedestrianised centre was quite easy to walk to or to get an Uber to go the ferry port for a trip to Hvar.

Hard to find on our own

Very helpful and communicative host. Helped us to find parking, with luggage and good advice for the city. Apartment was modern, cozy and very central. The comfy beds and dimmable lights were a nice touch. Lots of power outlets too.

No ventilation in the bathroom No coffee machine

The location was close to Split Central and all attractions were walkable. Although the property was close to shops and restaurants it was very quiet.

There was no body wash. The floorboards upstairs creaked and we could hear every movement of the people above us. No room for suitcases.

We stayed for 3 nights and had the most amazing time. The apartment was immaculate and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay, it was a home from home. This apartment is in the heart of the city, but set back just enough for you to be able to enjoy peace and quiet away from the hustle and bustle. It was in walking distance to Marjan Park and about 5 mins from the historic old town as well as the Marina and other points of interest. We were contacted by our host before our travel date to see if we would like a transfer from the airport, which we accepted because we were arriving late at night and didn't want the hassle of trying to locate the apartment, which was tucked away in a quaint area of the old town. Our host arranged the transfer, and then met us in person when we arrived to show us how to find the apartment, and was on hand for anything we needed during our stay. Our return flight was not until the evening and he kindly let us check out late which was greatly appreciated because it saved us carrying bags around all day. The only complaint I have is that we couldn't stay longer, we will be back! Amazing value for such a great apartment in a brilliant location. Highly recommend ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

The guest Is really kind and helpful. The apartment Is nice and clean. The kitchen Is equipped for cooking, It also has moka for coffee. The apartment is in the city centre near Sea side and bus stop. The parking Is at 10/15 minutes far from the apartment
