The apartment had all the facilities provided in it with good kitchen appliances. The entire place looked very fresh and new. A private balcony but not much of a view. The place is walking distance from the city center, made it easy for us to walk with our 3 year kid.

The link to fill in documents should be sent more in advance and not a few days before for us to make it easy to fill in. I filled in the details outside the apartment to get the instruction to get into my apartment, so that took some time. Also host doesn't reply to your chats in booking.com that quickly, you need to call her if anything urgent. Bathroom is very small. Parking is very difficult in this area, it's a very residential area with a lot of cars running for a few free parking spot. It was a struggle to find a free spot. There are paid parking spots nearby, 1.5 euro/hour but they are also full most of the time.

Pros of the stay: good location, clean room, working air conditioning, kitchen full of dishes, you can cook, etc.

Cons of the stay: you have to fill out your own documents to get the entry code. While you wait outside with your things until the hostess contacts you (and she doesn't get in touch quickly). And the biggest minus: it says that THERE ARE FREE PARKING SPACES, but the reality is different. Those "free" spaces are marked with disabled signs, so according to the rules you can't park there, only locals park, as a result of which there are no spaces. But there is a PAID parking lot nearby, where you also won't necessarily find a space, and which costs 1.5€/h. So it turns out that the accommodation is not that cheap, because you have to pay at least 30€ for parking.

Location of the property is quite nice and close to the old town. The balcony is private and has a nice nature feel to it with beautiful trees just below it. The staff was helpful and accommodating. The apartment was clean and fully equipped.

The bed is terrible. Squeaks on every move you make and every breath you take. The pillow feels like it was stuffed with rocks. Information about parking was a bit misleading. You actually have to gamble and find a parking place on the street or go into paying area that is also always full. I’ve spent 45 mins circling around the block to find a paying spot.

The apartment is nice and comfortable. The parking is paid.

Neat, clean, pleasant apartment in a great location (very easy to get to interesting places, we almost didn't have to use public transport at all!). Another advantage is the very nice and helpful staff, communication was quick and efficient, we could also count on help at any time 😁

Just a small detail, but sometimes you can hear the neighbors quite loudly 😅
