Nice and clean apartment with good small balcony. Everything in the apartment that we needed. Good location, 10 mins walk to the ferry port and 10 mins to bus stations. Straightforward check in procedure.

The location of this apartment was excellent. Very close to the town and it was quiet. The bed was very comfortable and the room was a nice size and clean. There were tea and coffee facilities, and some toiletries which was a nice welcome. Good WIFI and the host was reachable by phone and gave us instructions on how to enter the property. A thought for the host: If I did not have a charged phone, or internet data I would not have been able to contact them to gain access. A message at least 24hours before would have been ideal for me personally.

Parking. If you arrive by car it is very difficult to park. The paid car park had no spaces and we drove around the block about 5 times trying to find a space. We were not sure if we would receive a parking fine, or if we would have the car removed for parking in a street further from the apartment. We could not park and drop off our cases so we had to walk to the apartment.

We didn’t get a terrace. The apartment was really dark, and windows blocked. We felt like we were staying in a basement. There is no private parking, so we were managing on our own to find free parking near the apartment. Basically, there is free parking but no one is guaranteeing you a spot, and it’s crowded. Pillows were a nightmare, and we couldn’t get a proper sleep. Sound isolation is really bad, we heard voices and cars during night time which was a bit frustrating.

Location was very good, had a little kitchen.

Parking is a scam. We were there in April and found the last spot a few streets away. Even paid parking was full. Room was not clean.

A very well located apartment, 5 minutes' walk to Diocletian's Palace, shops and restaurants nearby, parking for 1 euro per hour. The apartment is spacious and clean.

I would have liked to find sugar and milk for my morning coffee.

It was the worst experience I've ever had.. First of all, they said that parking is possible on the site, but you can't reserve the space, that's ok. We chose this place just because we can park the car next to us. Around 13pm we came to the place where there is no parking at all. We called the owner to ask where we could park, and she said we don't have a parking, I said, "But you wrote in the booking that you have." She said yes, but we don't have the private parking. I said, "Okay, when were you offering us to park now?" She said I don't know, maybe on the street, or pay 1€ per hour." So, on the street there is no space and it's really small road and also it's not for free. And in the "parking site" also no space. We waited around 1 hour to get a spot. Second, we came to the room at first, and everything looked okay. But.. They had a hair dryer in the room, right.. my boyfriend tried to use it, and after a couple of minutes, it stopped working and started to splash the light from hairdryer cable IN THE HANDS. He's burned his hair and clothes!!! I've been in shock, I called her, and she didn't understand. I texted her, and she said, " Oh, now I understood, I will also be feeling the same. ".... And we paid for that 60€ for 1 day?? Third, in the room was freezing cold. We tried to turn on the heater, but it wasn't working, we turned it manually, but it was just cold wind. Oh, and the worst was the night. Some ladies in the next room were speaking and laughing really loudly. Almost screamed. They started to party around 6-7pm till 1am. We couldn't rest because the walls looked like they were made from a paper... I do not even recommend staying here if you need a rest. The apartment is not worth the price. The owner is not speaking english and not helping to find a solution. The facilities are shocking, how you can leave equipment like this. ..
