location - nice and cozy

we had bed bugs - reached out to the host ( person we got the keys from) and had no response it was horrible and my wife was bitten very badly which effected the remained of our holiday - I know stuff happens but not to get a response was extremely disappointing

Location was perfect. Clean rooms and comfy(hard) beds.

Excellent location near the old city and very friendly host. We felt like home. The small balcony overlooking the street was very nice.

A bit noisy in the night because of the traffic.

Position

Unfortunately, our experience has been HORRIBLE, spending almost all night sleepless (with two little kids) due to BEDBUGS INFESTATION, in particular in the bed at first floor. I've seen that this issue has been reported by a review on January 2025, meaning that appropriate solution hasn't been taken till our stay (24 April 2025). Before considering this accommodation, I warmly suggest to ask the host evidences that an appropriate and professional disinfestation has been performed.

There were bed bugs in the room upstairs, and when we informed them, the treatment we received from the person who gave us the keys was terrible. First, they blamed us for bringing the bed bugs, and when we asked for a solution, they told us we had to leave the accommodation immediately, at 11:00 PM on December 31st. We asked to stay in the downstairs area and leave the next day, but they said that if we didn’t leave, they would call the police. They also demanded that we pay for an additional night in cash in order to provide a solution, even though we had already paid for the two nights. We tried to find alternative accommodation, but since it was New Year’s Eve, it was impossible. In the end, they allowed us to stay and cancel the reservation. The next morning, the person came to force us to leave. They repeatedly entered the accommodation to pressure us. It was a very bad experience, the worst I’ve ever had on Booking.

Location is great, very close to old town. Big house for a family of 4 members. Host is very friendly.

It's a little noisy at night if you sleep in the sofa bed in the living room.
