"Ruhig und zentral insbesondere für Gäste mit Auto empfehlenswert"

Sehr ruhige Wohnung obwohl so zentral und sehr gemütliches Bett. Die Kommunikation mit der Besitzerin war einfach und gut. Self check-in hat prima geklappt. Die Wohnung ist nicht modern und einfach eingerichtet, aber ich habe mich dennoch sehr wohl gefühlt.

Die Aussicht ist etwas uggly, man kann auch sagen städtisch, aber sicherlich nicht pittoresk

Leed bien: 3er piso sin ascensor. No lo recomiendo para personas mayores como yo o con algún problema de movilidad. Un poco complicado aparcar si vas en coche. Por lo demás bien. Un supermercado justo enfrente y a 15 minutos andando del paseo marítimo.

The owner was very nice! The space was perfect and very comfortable. Great location! We were able to do laundry as well which was amazing!

The WiFi cuts out sometimes but definitely not a deal breaker!

Perfect location, walkable distance from city center. Apartment very well equipped, everything you might need is there. Balcony is a plus

There is no elevator in the building, watch out if you're carrying heavy luggage, I wouldn't book if warned upfront. Parking is a lottery, might be lucky to find a spot or drive around for hours.

"Muy buena opción en Split"

Estaba a 10 minutos caminando del puerto, cuenta con balcón y aire acondicionado y tiene dos supermercados justo enfrente. Además, Diana estuvo atenta en todo momento, muy simpática! :)

La persiana del balcón estaba rota, por lo que entraba mucha luz
