Big and spacious apartment with high standard In the middle of the old town. Grocery store just in front of the apartment. Quite despite its location.

Stairs to the 4th floor without elevator in narrow staircase.

"Beautiful, quiet and spacious apartment in the heart of the city."

The apartment couldn't be better situated - hidden so it's quiet, directly across from a small market for snacks, and right in the middle of the town square. Loved having a washing machine - such a luxury in the middle of our vacation and the fact that we had separate rooms PLUS a large living room made sure everyone had space to relax.

The only negative and it took us a few days to figure it out - but when people in the apartment underneath smoke the smell comes in through the vents and you can smell cigarettes strongly in the living room.

Superb location, close to both sea front and the palace/old town. Spar supermarket right opposite, and ATM. Quiet & comfortable. Recommend guided history walking tour. Would definitely stay again in this property.

Directions to find property from an obvious landmark/ named square/ statute would help. Google maps not accurate. Note that nearest vehicle access eg taxi is several hundred yards away as area is pedestrianised. Note on top floor and approx 50 stairs. No problem for us, but be aware.

place is clean and feels like home. the place has everything you need and is right in the best places in split

the stairs! if you have heavy luggages or has health issues then this may be an issue
