Center De Lux Studios “ Zara “

An amazing place to enjoy the beautiful city of Split! The apartment exceeded all our expectations — it was spotlessly clean, featuring brand-new appliances, all the necessary kitchenware, and a full range of thoughtful amenities. Every little detail was carefully considered to make our stay as comfortable as possible. We truly felt at home from the very first moment. The location is excellent — in a quiet and pleasant neighborhood with plenty of shops, cafes, and everything you might need just a short walk away. It's also very well connected to the main attractions of Split. A special thank you to our wonderful host, who was incredibly kind, helpful, and responsive throughout our stay. We are deeply grateful for the hospitality and care we received. We couldn't have wished for a better place to stay and will definitely come back when visiting Split again!

Very clean, washing machine and dryer was in this hotel, easy check in and out was very smooth. Owner’s response was quick. Most of all kitchen stuff was there. 2 Groceries are near. National theater was near.

I loved everything, the place is beautiful, comfy, huge bathroom, perfect location, no traffic on the street, the owner is super nice.... nothing but superlatives! I warmly recommend it to anyone who can appreciate the good things in life.

Nothing negative, it's just perfect!

It was central to everything in the old town and palace. Steps outside the door is a bakery, coffee shop, pizza by the slice, and a grocery market. Only a few steps further and you are surrounded by restaurants, cafes, boutique stores, and gelato stores. It was an easy to access property and I would stay there again.

It is a small studio, and was great for my stay. The only thing I missed was a microwave.

The apartment was fantastic and had everything we needed for our stay in Split. The location was excellent and close to local shops, restaurants, bars etc. We would highly recommend this apartment.

Everything! The Apartment is comfortable and spacious! And it has everything you need to have it clean! It have two market around ( less than 50 mts ) and the location is perfect ! In 5 minutes walking you will be in Riva street

The bathroom was very large and nice. The check in was easy.

The bed was had and the pillows were lumpy. While there was a washing machine as advertised, the dryer did not work well. After several attempts we gave up and just hung our laundry. And (this is somewhat my fault for not reading the fine print) there is parking nearby but it’s not included with the apartment, it’s just public parking you pay for
