Apartment NITERONI

Az apartman az első emeleten található, tágas, kéthálószobás, mindkettőhöz kis erkély tartozik. Nagyon jól felszerelt, bár a technikai eszközök (villanybojler, hűtőszekrény) cseréje szerintem szükséges lenne. Az óváros gyalog 10-15 perc, a legjobbra értékelt Bacvice strand pedig 10 perc. A strandtól további 5 perc gyalog a hajókikötő, ha valaki utazni szeretne a környékbeli szigetek egyikére. Ingyenes a parkolás, helyet mindig találtunk az épület előtt vagy mögött.

A technikai eszközök többsége elavult. A hűtőszekrény fagyasztója kiváló, az alatta lévő első polcon a hűtés jónak mondható, de az összes többi alatta lévő nem sokat ér. Mi ketten utaztunk, de a villanybojler - hiába van folyamatosan bekapcsolva, - egy fő zuhanyozására elegendő, amely 5-7 perc használatot jelent. Fogalmam sincs, hogy ha négy fő utazik ide, ezt miként oldják meg. Mi először eltérő időpontokban zuhanyoztunk, de ez a tervezett programjaink szempontjából zavaró volt, ezért inkább a hideg vizes zuhany mellett döntöttem, végül is nyár van.

We had such a lovely stay! The host was incredibly kind and thoughtful. You can really feel the care she puts into every little detail to make guests feel comfortable. We stayed for over a week and truly felt at home. I’d definitely come back next time I’m in Split. P.S. I already miss the peacocks!

It was in a really nice place, in the city but you didn’t hear any traffic and it was a walk of 5 min. The host was amazing and was very helpful. We had an amazing holiday!

It's a nice apartment, clean and cozy, had all the amenities listed. Easy self check-in with nice and responsive host. Location is fairly good - about a 15 minutes walk from the old town, and there's plenty of street parking nearby. Overall would definitely recommend!

There are some peacocks around the area that are very noisy in the morning and make it hard to sleep. We also had some problems with getting hot water but contacted the host and hopefully this will be fixed in the future.
