Ο οικοδεσπότης επικοινώνησε μαζί μας για ότι χρειαστήκαμε. Πολύ καλή τοποθεσία. Ασφαλές σπίτι και καθαρό.

Localización

Muchísimo polvo por todos lados. A parte de eso, los ruidos por la noche no te dejan dormir, ruidos que vienen del mismo edificio. Por otro lado, la puerta de la calle se quedaba abierta y no podia cerrarse de ninguna manera porque estaba rota. Además, en el único sitio de la habitación donde se podia poner la maleta, había una figura grande de madera que decía “no necesito mis dos manos para hacer daño a un turista”.

Peu d'équipement, il y avait une machine à café qui n'avait malheureusement pas de capsules avec. Mal isolé car on entend le bruit de l'extérieur. Manque de fenêtre pour plus de lumière.

전기포트가 너무 더러워 깨끗한것으로 교체를 원했으나 망가진게 아니라 그런지 망가졌는지만 뭍고 이후 아무 연락없었음 2인용이라 했으나 이곳이 2인용이 맞다 싶음 침대도 더블이라 하기엔 아주 좁았음 2박예약했지만 1박만하고 1박비용 포기하고 퇴실함 숙소 선택시 좀더 신중하게 숙소 넓이, 침대 사이즈 등을 확인해야하는 교훈얻음

location was great being a short walk to the town centre and the beach, also the room had everything we needed and the lady who greeted us was lovely and helpful!

Despite being small, the apartment is exceptionally well-designed and thoughtfully arranged—it has everything we (and most tourists) could need. I don’t usually leave the highest ratings, but this place truly deserves it. Some highlights: 1. Smooth check-in. There’s no need for a personal meeting with the host. The keys are in a secure locker, and the host provides very detailed instructions on how to access them and use the apartment. 2. Excellent location - just a 7-minute walk to the waterfront and only a few minutes to the Roman city center (Diocletian’s Palace). Around the corner is a student canteen offering decent meals for €5–7—perfect for budget travelers (look up “Restaurant Index” on Google maps). It's also just a 4-minute walk to the best ice cream in town (Gelateria Emiliana). 3. The host responded quickly and had a shower issue fixed the same day. 4. Great value! As we visited in May, so I can’t speak for high-season pricing, but the cost was very reasonable for what we got. 5. Quiet area. Even though it’s close to the city center, the neighborhood is peaceful. Highly recommended for solo travelers and couples!

To get rid of shower humidity, you should wait a bit longer, as the air circulation isn't ideal.
