The owner was very friendly, very helpful. Property was clean, big plus it was in a good location.

The appartment is in a modernist appartment block on the edge of the old city center. Well equipped and clean. There are bars, shops and restaurants around. The owner, who met us there, is very friendly and gave us some tips about where to go to eat, where to go to the beach etc.

The parking could be a bit tricky but we were lucky to find a spot in one of the (limited) areas where parking is free.

Comfortable bed and good kitchen facilities. Host Stjepanka is a lovely lady and very helpful with information about Split . She made plum cake and liqueur to welcome us and had provided some salad and drinks in the fridge which was very nice.

The apartment is on a busy road which is good for getting a bus but was sometimes noisy.

Our host, Stjepanka, was so kind and welcoming. She collected us at the bus stop and helped us sort out our surroundings with recommendations and historical context! She even offered us some homemade treats upon arrival. She was easily contactable and very helpful during our visit. The apartment was spotless and the location was great. I would stay with Stjepanka the next time I visit Split!

Lovely, clean and well appointed. Nicely decorated. Stephanie is a delight. She was very helpful and provided a delicious cake, cold beverages and cheese tray upon my arrival. She was timely and responsive to messages. It got a bit noisy at the local eatery across the street one night but otherwise the 4 lane street in front of the apartment was okay. Advantages of a busy street are that there are lots of stores, cafes, buses, etc. Easy and central location. I didn’t open the windows much due to the heat and street noise but the living room a/c unit cooled the small apartment quickly. A ceiling or room fan in the bedroom would be nice as it did get a bit stuffy and I would’ve turned off the a/c unit and used the fan instead at times.

We had a great stay! The air con in the living room was strong and keeping the bedroom door open cooled down the room. The bed was quite firm but comfortable and there’s brilliant black out shutters in both the bedroom and living room. There’s a clothes dryer on the balcony and Stjepanka gave us plenty of towels, including beach towels, which was great! We had one day of rain but there were umbrellas in the apartment and a beach umbrella too. We had plenty to toilet roll, shampoo and Aftersun. There’s a sewing kit and playing cards too - she has everything you need!! Super easy walk into the centre. Stjepanka made us a cake and traditional drink, she also left cheese and crackers, coffee, tea, sugar, etc. She gave us Lavender as a parting gift. She also met us to let us in and checked in on us. Highly recommend staying here.

The handheld shower was a little inconvenient, but it has good temperature control and strong pressure. There’s also a hook to hang it on while you shampoo your hair, etc. so not as bad as expected!

We stayed at this apartment in Split for 6 days, and it was a wonderful experience. The apartment is very clean and offers all the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay, including personal care products, cookware, some teas and coffee, beach towels, and various other towels.Its central location makes it convenient for accessing all the city's tourist attractions. Stjepanka is very helpful and takes great care of her guests. Upon our arrival, we were greeted with a homemade cake and a delicious liqueur. Overall, we had a fantastic stay and highly recommend this apartment for anyone visiting Split.

Our days in Split couldn't have been better, we felt as if a friend were hosting us. Stjepanka is so nice and thoughtful, and she went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. I don't have enough words to thank her for all her help and kindness - she waited for us and even had a homemade cake, drinks and cheese platter ready for us. Chatting with her is easy and you learn a lot about Split and Croatia in general. She gave us some recommendations and what we were able to try ourselves was really worth it! The location is ideal, on the main street and easy walk to the old town. Really happy to have come across her in our trip! Hope to find you again on our path Stjepanka!

Stjepanka was lovey and very welcoming, she gave us lots of good tips for food and things to do whilst we were there which was very helpful. Throughout the stay she was very attentive, could not recommend her more.

The only downside was the shower as it was not one we were used to but not a major issue.
