Perfect for solo travellers. Very close to everything. The bonus is Ivanka is an excellent host, very attentive and provides a few snacks on top of coffee and tea

The host is very flexible and sweet. We had a super nice stay in the old center of split. There are nice restaurants 100 meters from the appartment.

There was only one tiny small thing that was a problem for me as a dutch giant(201cm)and that was the bathroom. The ceiling above the toilet is not that high so i hit my head once. Haha

The apartment was great, it had everything. All facilities were nice and clean. Such a great location too. Ivanka the host was extremely helpful and lovely. Definitely recommend.

Very easy to get there, was sent a video on how to get to and access the property. Had a small problem with the shower, messaged the host and she had it fixed within 15 minutes, very attentive.

The location was decent but on the opposite side of town. Things were sparse and required a walk. Washer was difficult to operate. No dryer on site. Shower easily overflowed.

Host was haggling me about my personal information even though booking.com didn't’ require this information.

Fully equipped, spacious and very pleasant apartment. For those who have a car, there is parking. It's a find!

distance to the city is a little big.
