Apartment Masuni

The apartment is just like in the pictures. It has everything you need and more! The living room balcony is nice and quiet. The host is very kind and responsive.

The location was not so good for us. On Google Maps it seemed like a nice 40-minute walk to the Split city center, but in reality we had to walk down (and up in the evening) a busy road in the sun (no shade). There is nothing to do in the vicinity (bakery closeby but nothing else) and it is situated next to a busy road which makes the balcony at the bedroom (city) side not so inviting. But if you're willing to take the car to explore things/cities around Split, this is a very nice place to do so as it has lots of parking space closeby and it's fast to get out of the city!

The host was great. We arrived close to 11 PM due to a late flight but she held a street parking spot for us which given it’s first come first serve was a thoughtful touch that made our arrival stress free. She was flexible about the late check-in which we really appreciated. The apartment itself was spotless, spacious and exactly as expected. Wifi worked without issue.

Only thing we would’ve liked, especially after a long travel day was a couple bottles of water available at check in (something we noticed was pretty common in other EU stays too). That said it didn’t take away from the overall experience. Would absolutely stay again.

We had a great experience at this hotel. The owner was incredibly kind to me and my family—one of the nicest people we’ve ever met! Everything was super clean and well organized. The rooms were comfortable, and we had everything we needed. It was peaceful, welcoming, and just perfect from start to finish. We’re so grateful and would definitely come back. Highly recommend!

Nothing, it was perfect

The apartment was amazing, it excedeed our expectations. It was spotless and had everything we needed (extra towels, toothbrush and vanity sets and even three types of coffee). Our host was very welcoming and informed us about the many activities we can do in Split. I will fully recommend this apartment to anyone, because it was exceptional.

Location was pretty good and the host the best ever. We got directions and help with everything we needed. The apartment is amazing value for money and we would recommend it to anyone looking for good affordable acommedation in Split.

Finding a parking space can be a bit tricky but that´s not a big problem.

The apartment is nice, modern and well furnished. It's located on the 3rd floor. The parking can be done on the street, but only if you find a free spot. The living room was big and spacious. The couch was really nice. The kitchen was modern and well furnished. The bedrooms were really nice, spacious, and comfortable. It has 2 balconies, and both have amazing views and comfortable outdoor seating. You get amazing views of the ocean and the mountains. The bathroom is spacious and modern. Overall it is a really nice apartment and I loved it. A suggestion: Can you please get a fan for the rooms? Because otherwise it gets a bit warm. Plus, AC is only in the living room. A small one in the room would be appreciated.

Very clean and comfortable and 100% as advertised. We were greeted by the host who did everything to make our stay comfortable. If we are ever back to Split we will look to stay here again.
