Bright space with well stocked kitchen, comfortable bed, and small veranda. In a quiet area near beach and walking distance from Old Town.

Perfectly located a bit away from the crowds with sights in walking distance. The apartment offers everything you need plus thoughtful and tasteful little details. Neira is a wonderful host - thankyou for your support

Don‘ t bring a car 😉

The apartment is very well located, 10minutes of walk from the old town. It is also spacious and clean and Neira is a very nice host! Definitely recommend it for a holiday in Split :)

Beach Apartment Neira had everything one needed for an enjoyable stay, a washing machine was a bonus we didn’t expect. It set a standard that could not be matched.

We closed a door to the outside balcony which we could not reopen. This was a disappointing as we would have enjoyed having drinks outside in the evening. It was on the third floor difficult for suitcases.

Quiet residential location just 10 minutes walk to centre in one direction, five minutes to beach in the other

Neira is super kind and respond always very prompt. The apartment’s location is great, close to the best part of the city. Bed is firm and comfortable. No complaints.

Good location, clean apartment, balcony

Small amount of dishes (only two coffee cups) toaster was too dirty to use. Open products left in the fridge. Neira left us cookies but they were open too. They were only two caps for dishwasher for 7 days so we had to wash manually anyway. There should be different way of providing and leaving the key. No hand towel in the bathroom

Most things. It ticked all the boxes. Neira was in constant communication with us from the moment we got off the plane at the airport. Neira welcomed us at the apartment very clearly the layout and facilities. Lovely welcome gifts which were an additional and welcome touch. Neira also contacted us a few times to check everything was OK.

Not a lot. A microwave would be a welcome addition and perhaps two more saucepans.
