Split Mari Apartment

Communication with owner was splendid.

Super location, 5 min walk to old town, good infrastructure around. Apartment is clean and well equipped: coffee machine, washing machine, nice bed, big boiler, AC, tv with paid channels and essentials. It is quite spacious too. You can always find parking around (paid during working days). If you move by bus - bus station either direction is 5mins away.

It can be noisy: neighbors above, through thin door you can clearly hear what happens at the staircase and entrance of the building, school is located right opposite the building so you can hear children playing during the day. On the bedroom side of the building there are building’s trash cans, so each dawn there is noise of garbage trucks.

Less than 15mins walk to Old Town, with access to a lovely bakery, restaurant and supermarket within 50metres. Host was very accommodating with arrival and departure time. The apartment itself is quite large, with ample room to cook up a quick meal and enjoy a coffee before heading out for the day. Water pressure is great with plenty of hot water. Laundry was a huge selling point for my friend and I with a few pods provided for our convenience.

L’extérieur au premier abord de l’immeuble mais on s’y habitue car malgré l’ancienneté de la construction les parties communes etaient propres

Apartment was clean, had great facilities, close to the old town and an exceptionally good restaurant. Also had a washing machine.
