Carney Apartment

John and his wife we're great, they had us tea/coffee milk and scones on arrival, give us good tips and left us to it. And we're extremely helpful wen needed, they're accommodation, was clean,tidy well presented and stocked for our stay,would defo not look by them if visiting this beautiful part of the world again, bars eateries in walking distance and many beaches and towns 10mins either way.

If the weather was guaranteed this would be an amazing wee gem in ireland, but the upside to this is the many beautiful beaches are unspoilt.

John sent a helpful video on how to find them - very thoughtful. Keys in door on arrival as next to their bungalow. Peaceful spacious location to explore the surrounding coastline. Short walk into town with pubs, restaurants, music etc. Lovely hosts and the home-made scones on arrival were the best we have tasted. Thank you so much John & Rosina for your kind hospitality.

Nothing not to like.

It is a lovely cottage tucked away in the center of Ardara. The bed in the bedroom was comfortable and the room was spacious. The sofa bed was also quite comfortable. We were greeted by the host with a fresh plate of delicious scones with butter and jam and a pitcher of milk for tea. The location was great - tucked away near a lovely walking path and yet right in town.

The property was amazing, and John and Rosina were fantastic and very welcoming and helpful... plus the homemade scones on arrival were to die for.

This spacious new apartment is located in the centre of Ardara, with walking distance to pubs, restaurants, supermarkets and the distillery. Our friendly hosts greeted us with freshly baked scones which were delicious. We had a wonderful dinner experience at Nancy's, visited the distillery for a whiskey and gin tasting, and picked up daily rolls for lunch from the deli in Centra supermarket. Highly recommend!

The wet room, shower room, just had to sweep the water after a shower, no drama.
