Very good price/performance. Building has elevator so you can go directly from your room to ski storage. Clean, with full kitchen equipment, comfortable beds, lots of space. About 700 meter by car to Hochzillertal Ski Area, about 200 m to skibus. Quiet surrounding. Good internet (4 simultanous youtubes wasn't problem ;) Some nice restaurants nearby. But most of all our host was very helpful, kind, nice. Strongly recommend for family holidays and skiing.

Perfect holiday home

In the hearth of Zillertal valley, close to the ski bus station, welcoming, friendly host, clean and nice apartments. It was perfect for our needs!

A minor discomfort in the kitchen where the smell of the food from the apartment down below came up via the ventilation system.

Great location, and within walking distance to the lifts and bars in Kaltenbach.

The hostess was very friendly, and the appartement was nicely situated near local public transit and with good access to supermarket, bakery and the local restaurant.

Nothing in particular

The property situated in a small village with all amenities nearby: supermarket, restaurants, bakery are just 200-300m away. We used car to get to the lifts but ski bus station is pretty close too. Sauna after hard skiing day was amazing. The place is pet-friendly, and has an elevator. It's ideal for car owners as it has huge parking area and is pretty close to the main road: it's 3 min drive to nearest lift, 10 to Zillertal Arena and 20 to Mayerhofen.

The kitchenette definitely misses a microwave and this makes food preparation a bit harder. By house rules garbage has to be sorted in 7 different containers, but only one bucket was provided in the apartment.
