La struttura è posizionata vicino ad Arezzo e permette di arrivarci in pochi minuti. Mara è stata gentilissima, ho recuperato le chiavi e mi sono sentito accolto nell'appartamento. E' fornito di tutto il materiale per poter fare un'ottima colazione e prepararsi pranzo e cena. Mara mi ha anche dato molte informazioni utili per visitare la città

Sebbene raggiungere la struttura sia facile, la via di accesso è stretta ed il parcheggio non è sempre facile. La proprietaria mi ha informato che comunque lo sta ampliando, quindi i prossimi ospiti dovrebbero avere la vita più facile.
