"We were very happy with our stay here."

Great location. The apartment had everything we needed for a 2 night stay. Very clean. Very responsive host. True that you hear people in the street below but it did not bother us.

The single beds are not that comfortable for adults. Probably better suited for children, but ok for a short stay.

L appartamento era fornito di tutto c’erano persino i dispositivi anti zanzare e poi caffè zucchero te e cartine di Arezzo . Davvero tanta attenzione per gli ospiti . Maurizio poi il gestore di una professionalità unica ci ha assistiti in maniera superba

The location is perfect in the center of the city

It’s mentioned that there is free parking in the property but we were surprised that the host told us to park the car in the nearest free parking in the city and it was around 25 minutes walking to the property.

Great sized apartment, Italian style. Maurizio was a star! Great communication, help with parking, dropping us and our luggage to and from the apartment, he made our stay easy. Apartment close to everything and perfect for walking to wherever we wanted to go. Eateries & coffee at the door. Perfect for our 3 night stay in Arezzo. Would stay again 🙂 Thanks Maurizio

We're still getting used to the Italian darker rooms but it was perfect space and facilities 🙂

Maurizio gave us great service - even collecting us from the train station. Excellent location!!! …but that also means noisy at night. The apartment fits the theme of old world Arezzo.

Teeeny shower and not much natural light
