New 3/2 Duplex Minutes From Heart of Tampa -Unit B

Location - Proximity to Downtown Cleanliness

The place was spacious for our group (6) with a nice configuration of beds. The beds were very very comfortable as well. All clean. All appliances worked well (microwave ventilation should be checked) and the washer and dryer was a necessity for us.

General comments that didn’t necessarily affect the stay. The couch was very worn and shouldn’t be advertised as a place to sleep as is. From other properties to add a little more value, It would have been nice to have dish sponges, dishwasher pods, a couple of dry dish towels, a couple more hand towels/wash clothes in general, and basic hooks to hang jackets, bags etc. This would simply add more organization. The parking spot besides unit A was very tight - maybe designate with a line to ensure Unit B doesn’t get to close to the post/outdoor air vent.

Relative good location from Tampa downtown and river walk

Sofa bed is old and looks terrible is not in conditions to be used . Pillows yellow and not smell very well when they clean

The space of the duplex was great for our group of 6. The 2 bathrooms, washer/dryer, and full kitchen were great to have. The location was great. We went to the downtown area mainly, and while not being right downtown, it was nice and close but yet gave us easy access to travel to Clearwater and Orlando. The starter supplies were enough for our stay. Very comfortable place!

In the bedrooms, having a mirror would be nice to help in getting ready if someone is using the bathroom.
