Artisa Riia Str 20a Luxury 2BR Penthouse Apartment

This is an absolute gem! The apartment is beautiful, spacious, quiet, light with high up views, stylishly designed and furnished, with attention to every possible detail to make your stay comfortable & enjoyable! I have never seen an apartment so clean and so well equipped; there is everything you may need during your stay - and definitely more. I also appreciated enormously the overall cleanliness of the place, which makes it so great for a person with allergies: completely spotless, good air and freedom of living! Very comfortable beds with the same touch of style and quality as you have in everything else too. The more than fully equipped kitchen and the dining space create a beautiful & comfortable feel for cooking & enjoying your meals, not to mention the amazing huge balcony with incredible sunsets & sunrises over Tartu... Even in the autumn it left me speechless - and with lots of beautiful videos and pictures of the skies over Estonia. Perfect location, walking distance to the center and food store etc. And when on top of everything the hosts are genuinely great, friendly people that sincerely care for the comfort of your stay, what more can you want? Thankful for the reception and great week & will most definitely be back!

The property was very modern, clean, gorgeous. It had everything from dishes, glasses, mixers, an oven, basically everything you would need and more. The view was nice, and it was very quiet.

Honestly cant say anything bad about it. I liked everything.

Location is not far away fom the city centre and there are bus stops nearby and the taxis are cheap. Very near is the Aparaaditehas complex with many nice restaurants, we also tried the rooftop sauna there, it was quite wonderful. Interior of the apartment was of high standard and also plentiful quality cooking equipment in the kitchen. Everything was exceptionally clean.

I didn't like the bed, too high for me and the edge gave in although one of the hardest beds I've ever encountered (I'm 6 foot and like to roll at sleep.) The big road next to the building, although providing fast access to city centre, is also very noisy.

Newly renovated, modern yet cozy, very clean apartment with super comfortable beds. The kitchen had all the appliances you can think of and even some nice welcome treats from our wonderful host. We especially enjoyed the rooftop terrace with most amazing sunsets over the Tartu historic center. Private parking in the basement with a dedicated spot was a big plus. The Aparaaditehas next door was conveniently situated for trendy restaurants and cafe's. Our host Katre was extremely helpful and responded quickly to any questions.
