24 Marina View Retreat - Taupo Holiday Apartment

location to Taupo village but noisy due to busy road

1) the 3 levels with no lift, only stairs which did not suit 2 other guests. 2) property not very cleaning, dirty toilet & hand basin on 3rd floor. Not vacuumed well. 3) Bed in 3rd floor bedroom very hard, not comfortable. 4) asked to clear our rubbish down 3 levels when cleaner being paid under the booking. 5) Comms very poor by Bachcare - did not receive email with Access details on day of arrival.

Location was ok thats all

Watched 1 movie on netflix then internet ran out of credit. Who has datacapped internet these days? This ment we could not even do our work on our laptops. Too many rude notes left everywhere telling guests what not to do. At over $500 a night this is unacceptable

Perhaps more dishwasher tablets and more laundry powder only enough for one wash

Spacious, reasonably clean, great location

Did not appreciate notes left. eg “ clean shower and dry with cloth after use” “ Do not cook any seafood or curry”. “ 100 dollar charge if you accidentally use wrong remote and tv needs reset”. This is not a cheap apartment and quite frankly cleaning showers and being told what I can cook on holiday isn’t on! Close to the road, so noisy. Sadly the pool was dirty so couldn’t use! Also toaster broken
