Friendly, helpful host. Mary found that we left an outlet adaptor behind and found a way to put it in our luggage, which we left behind for pick-up by the luggage transfer company. Biscuits and water in the unit. Nice, clean unit. There were portable heaters to keep us warm.

We did not receive communication on how to get in the unit so we weren't sure what to do when we got there. Mary came after a few minutes and got us in. She was very friendly and helpful. Everything was great after we got in.

Mary was fantastic She came immediately when we contacted her, When she saw how weary we were with very sore feet, she went away & came back with a foot spa machine for us to use…..such kindness🥰 She also recommended a restaurant for dinner & made the reservation for us……thank you so much Mary👏👏

Lack of windows!

The host is incredibly nice and welcoming! The space tidy and neat with everything you might need. It was a bit cold, but two electric heaters were provided which did the job.

What a gorgeous apartment with everything on hand, including coffee & a bottle of water. Beautifully decorated & very quiet. Marie was very welcoming, informative & helpful

Only that it didn’t have any external windows but that didn’t detract from the apartment

Mary was very pleasant - giving details of local restaurants. Spacious lounge with TV, microwave & sink.

The apartment has no external windows or secondary security door. Not in town centre so a bit of a walk at night to cafe & restaurants.
