Villa Scarponi Assisi

The apartment was extremely clean and even for a week-long stay, we had every amenities we needed. The inside is very spacious and comfortable. Chiara is an exceptional host, she puts a lot of thought into making our stay the most enjoyable possible. I would give her 11/10 :)

Although the patio is very pretty, I would have liked more confortable exterior furniture, a place to sunbathe or read a book. Also, it is not the owner’s fault, but the property is very noisy, with dogs barking all day long and roosters waking us up very early in the morning.

Arrived with no supplies. Breakfast was greatly appreciated.

Check in was smooth and on time. Chiara gave us a full and detailed introduction to the property. We were Immediately impressed with the overall cleanliness and level of appointments. Everything was spick and span and of a very high standard. The beds, both king size, were super comfortable and each room very spacious. Beautiful bathroom, a very adequate shower with unending hot water. There were 4 of us and all had hot water. Our kitchen was stocked full of every appliance you might need with lots of preparation bench space. It was also the biggest kitchen we have encountered on our 11 week trip to date. There are two comfortable sofas in a very big lounge and a patio off the kitchen where we enjoyed dinner and afternoon drinks. The property is located down a long drive some 400 meters from the main road and is well away from any road noise. There is ample gated parking for 3/4 cars. It's a short 10 minute drive from Assisi and beautiful Spello - flower town. We were fortunate to visit during the annual floral art exhibition. We found it impossible to find fault with this property and highly recommend to all future guests. An unqualified TEN.

There is nothing not to like.

Very nice and helpfull hosts. They guided us to the house when the autonavigation could not find the villa. They provided us with tea, coffe, jams, pasta and more. The house is comfortable with good beds. So strongly recommended!

Breakfast was included which was a thoughtful surprise. Lovely, comfortable, well appointed property in the country with washing machine. Waking to the country sounds was welcome and soothing. Situated half way between Assisi 9km, and the pretty town of Spello 8km, made it easy to visit both at leisure. Free parking. Restaurants nearby at Santa Maria degli Angeli. Hosts were very welcoming and helpful. Wished we could have stayed longer in this gorgeous property.

I stayed here with my wife and 2 children under the age of 2. I've never given a place 10/10 -- Villa Scarponi is the best booking.com place I've ever stayed at in over 100 bookings. Everything about this place is amazing. It's quiet, super central to a ton of activities, extremely modern, very family friendly. We will DEFINITELY be staying here again.
