Well situated property with nice views

The property smells very bad, especially the bedding and the furniture, the smell is so bad it stays in your clothes, I had to sleep putting a layer of my own clothes on the bed. The owner is nice however doesn’t speak any English, there were many times where there was miscommunication and on the last day she came at 8am asking to check out! Was so fed up I just left. Unfortunately I will not recommend this place due to above reasons

В условиях бронирования не было сказано про внесении залога, а после выезда из квартиры хозяйка залог не вернула, обвинив в поломке замка входной двери.

Location and view!

It was summer, and it was hot I. The apartment. The air conditioning was not working properly, blowing room temperature air most of the time. We asked the nice gentleman in charge of maintenance if he could fix the issue, but he said the air conditioners needed to be replaced.

The installations in the apartment were nice and well-maintained. The apartment complex had all the necessary amenities, including a supermarket, hair salon, pharmacy, and restaurants. The area around the apartment is vibrant and lively. The staff was friendly and professional, and the view from the apartment was amazing.

Absolutely fantastic view and location!

The host placed in the most famous towers in Astana, with an exceptional view. There are 4 elevators in the building, so you would not wait long to get to 39th floor. There are 2 restaurants with local traditional food located just at the foot of the tower, and one of them working 24/7. The pedestrianized street located just in 20 m away, with coffee shops, several ATM and souvenir shops.
