Уже второй раз бронировала квартиру, всё понравилось. В квартире чисто, уютно, есть всё необходимое для проживания, очень отзывчивые хозяева, хороший район.

Хозяйка очень быстро отвечает и решает все вопросы оперативно.

Очень тонкие стены, соседская собака любила полаять по утрам и глубокой ночью.

Спасибо большое Галие, попросил о позднем выезде, т.к. самолёт был вечером. Пошли на встречу и продлили. Чисто, все необходимое есть на кухне и ванной комнате. Рекомендую. Спасибо большое

Мне в нужный момент не хватило обычной ручки, хотя это не относится к проживанию.

В центре Астаны,удобно расположение, шаговое расположение магазинов, остановка.

Квартира не относительно чистая, постель, полотенца с неприятным запахом, на балконе бардак, не было предоставлено моющих средств на кухню и в ванную комнату,мойка забита не почистили, хотя предупредила хозяйку, посуды не достаточно, для готовки, окно на кухне вообще не закрывается, сетки нет,комары залетают. Хотя квартиру выбрала по отзывам.

The Apartment is really a cosy place to enjoy the holiday. It has a playful and family charm from its big children play area in the middle. From the collecting the keys to the checkout, it was a good experience. (The owner itself come to receive us to the Airport, and it was very kind gesture to us.) The apartment is located easy access to the city centre and facilities were exactly match as it mentioned in booking.com. The Magnum supermarket is very nearby with a 3 min of walkable distance, made our stay more comfortable and homelike experiences.

As many people mentioned, having the curtain in the bathroom could have been much more better.
