Die Lage ist sehr gut und mit der „Hafenkiste“ direkt gegenüber hat man ein sehr schönes Plätzchen zum Frühstücken und Essen/Trinken!

Man gelangt über eine sehr lange und steile Außentreppe in das erste Apartment-Geschoss und dann per Wendeltreppe ins Obergeschoss. Mit schweren Gepäck eine Zumutung! Dann hatte es in der Nacht gefroren, wodurch die Außentreppe lebensgefährlich glatt wurde. Salz oder Sand? Fehlanzeige. Auf dem angerollten Sofa lag eine löchrige Decke, der Mülleimer in der Kochnische war noch gefüllt mit den Hinterlassenschaften der Vormieter, der Klositz war total vergilbt und von unten nicht gereinigt, wodurch er einen üblen Geruch im Bad verbreitete!

Die Lage am Hafen ist super und alles Wesentliche in Aurich ist fußläüfig zu erreichen. Das Apartment ist gemütlich und gut eingerichtet!
