Smell was not pleasant. The floors and walls were dirty as well as a stained shower. Furniture was not great quality and the bed was very hard. The sheets had hair on them as soon as I turned back the comforter. The stove was quite dirty. I had a man come to my door Thursday afternoon asking for donations for the company he worked for. The neighbors were very noisy. I would not recommend this place for coziness.

Nice, very attentive host. Clean. Fantastic king-size bed. Good value at a discounted rate. Decent amenities, e.g. in kitchen and for TV entertainment.

This is a small apartment in a fairly raw, gated apartment complex. The apartment is on the 3rd floor and there is no elevator. There are good laundry facilities in the complex, but none inside the apartment. I was traveling with an infant and there was miscommunication about the availability of a crib.

it was so quiet and had everything I needed; place to cook, to sleep, to bathe. and it was right next north Lamar!

The location is great and the hosts are trying to make this a good place to stay. Parking is included. Internet was fast and reliable. It might be okay for a longer stay, but is not good for just a couple of days. The pool area looked nice but that's not much use in colder months.

The neighbor upstairs made constant loud banging noises and for the price after adding the $150 "service fee", I could've stayed at a 4-star downtown Austin hotel with all the bells and whistles. The property is kinda run-down and appears like it's in the middle of renovations. (Maybe that's what the guy upstairs was doing.) It is a VERY basic small 1-bedroom apartment looking to be 30+ years old and has gone through some tough times. Not much has been done to decorate or make the space inviting. The amenities are equivalent to a Super 8 motel or lower. But at those places at least you get breakfast and don't have to do the dishes, strip the bed, and clean up before leaving.
