SoCo Chic Apartment Suites Close to Downtown

The hosts made sure my stay went smoothly and pleasantly. The apartment is clean and modern; has all amenities needed for a comfortable stay. I will be coming back for sure and highly recommend it!

It's in a very convenient location.

The place is old and the apartment has been remodeled. The check in process with this property managing company is invasive and could be avoided if booking.com did more about it, but they are NO help. I was requested to upload my id plus a selfie of myself with my ID, plus my credit card information through the managing company's own online check-in link (not affiliated with booking.com).. If it weren't because they worked with me, I would have honestly cancelled even before getting there. I paid through booking.com in full, I should not be expected to enter credit card information anywhere else. Btw, none of these check in requirements are explained thru booking.com, it just says you'll need to check in with them, however it would be helpful to state what the check in entails. The code I was sent for the door did not work, however the owners ave very responsive to text messages and we ended up working it out. Then they sent someone to replace the lock. The bed linens didn't look very clean to me, I read another review person who also complained about it, but honestly at that point I just wanted to enjoy the weekend and forget about the apartment. I will be more vigilant in the future when it comes to apartments and their own check in process, and if managed by vivant at least I know to avoid.

Shower is not good. The hotter you set the water, the less pressure there is, almost down to a drip. K-cup machine is about to die and coffee offerings could be better.

The king size mattress in the bedroom was very comfortable. Great access to downtown and the highways. It would be nice to have a washer/dryer into

The rug in the living room and bedroom was worn and gave it an unclean appearance. The dining table was unstable with two of the 4 legs not well connected. The tub faucet was poorly connected to the tub wall and was worrisome to change from tub to shower. It would have been nice to have a mounted clothes hook in the bathroom. It would have been nice to have a small dish rack in the kitchen.

The property is super dirty, smelling and most importantly is the bed sheets were not cleaned or replaced with fresh ones. There has been a lot of hairs and stains remained from previous guest or whoever used it. Property owner did not want to help us as we arrived to apartment very late and however told them that we cannot sleep with dirty bed sheets etc. They offered us to replace with another set in a bag but they were not cleaned and smelling too. We have booked this place as family with 2 kids and even there was no blankets for kids, there was one bedroom for 2 adults and a coach and extra folding bed for one, even all bedsheets were clean but there was no blanket for half of us however our booking for 4 people. I told him/her over the phone the case and advised that we don’t want to stay in dirty bed, he/she could come over and replace the bedsheets in order to fix the situation but suggested us to stay as is and he will send a cleaner in the morning. Another thing is they use a different phone number that you cannot reach with a call, you can’t send photos via sms and such weirdo communication via texts and emails in the middle of the night. We have left the place and went to a hotel with 2 kids in the middle of the night and they even did not cancel or make any refund and kept sending us template messages such as how is our stay on going, etc. etc. Just like a joke. These type of people think that they can scam people and unfortunately booking com does not take any action to protect the guests, so they keep saying the same that there is no cancellation as per their policy. Come on guys, we are all human and this is why we communicate, I tell you that you charge cleaning fee for the property on top of my booking fee but you don’t provide the space as clean as promised, they you say either stay as is or you are free to go away.

Very comfortable couch, great area close to lots of activities and all the tv apps were already logged in

The shower curtain looked as if it had mold on it and the mattress topper had multiple different hairs and stains on it

the shower had hair in it from previous guest and the paint was peeling the tub just looks dirty and not welcoming also I don’t like that your literally being monitored 24/7
