Sehr großes Apartment in bester zentraler Lage, direkt an der Fußgängerzone. Reibungslose Schlüsselübergabe. Einrichtung sehr komplett, großes Wohnzimmer, Küche mit allem was man braucht inklusive Geschirrspüler, 3 große Schlafzimmer. Alles sehr sauber und sehr gepflegt. Fenster angenehm schallisoliert und gut verdunkelbar. Viele nette Lokale, Fischmarkt, Fußgängerzone, Kanal und auch Geschäfte direkt in wenigen Minuten vom Apartment erreichbar.

Wir waren am Wochenende unterwegs und durch die Nähe zur Fußgängerzone mit vielen Lokalen bleibt es in der Nacht recht laut, wenn man mit offenem Fenster schlafen möchte. Für uns kein Thema, aber was man eventuell vorab wissen sollte ist, dass das Apartment im zweiten Stock ohne Lift liegt. Es gibt einen eigenen abgesperrten Stellplatz in einer Garage allerdings etwa 5 Minuten Fußweg entfernt. Gepäck kann aber vor dem Apartment aus- und einladen. Für uns hat das gut gepasst und wir waren froh über den Parkplatz, was ja im Zentrum wirklich nicht selbstverständlich ist.

El segundo día nos dimos cuenta que el congelador no funcionaba, y tuvimos que variar planes por el tema de la comida , no se pudo arreglar al ser fi de semana pero la dueña nos ofreció su congelador propio La temperatura de los radiadores un poco justa , no pasamos frío porque hizo buen tiempo pero quizás en invierno estaría un poco justa Otro tema si vas con personas con dificultad de movilidad son las escaleras que no leímos a la hora de reservar

Belligenheden var rigtig god og der var en fin udsigt over floden. Lejligheden var stor og veludstyret (køkken). Der ligger en fastfood restaurant lige neden for lejligheden og et konditori som er et besøg værd.

Lejligheden var iskold og tog flere dage at varme op (februar måned). Vi frøs og det var ikke behageligt. Der bør tændes for varmen forud for at der kommer gæster om vinteren. Lejligheden ligger på 3 sal, så det er ikke en lejlighed for gangbesværede. Der var parkering til lejligheden. Parkeringen var 5 minutters gang væk.

Fantastic location, central and close to restaurants, bars (Aveiro centre is quite compact anyway). Spacious clean comfortable apartment that feels more like home. All amenities. We had a problem with boiler which was addressed and sorted within 2 hours of me notifying the agent.
